		<description>The best thing for you to do is to create .pst folders (i.e., personal folders) and move pertinent mail to these folders.  This will not count against the mailbox limit because it will not be stored on the mail server, but rather on your hard drive or one of your network drives.  Click on File&gt;New (or Open)&gt;Outlook Data File and follow the defaults to create the folders.  Also, permanently delete the Deleted Items folder, as this is on the mail server and counts against your mail size limit as well.</description>
