Will Microsoft exchange an old xbox 360 that is still under warranty for a new xbox 360 slim?
I have a xbox 360 that is unable to read discs. It is still under warranty and I wondered if Microsoft would pr t? ? Change for a new Xbox Slim 360th. . M? Me if you could provide some money for the? Change?

I seriously doubt they would, especially if you don’t pay the differance, but it can’t hurt to call and ask. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
no if its under warranty they would probably just fix it or replace it with the same model
They will fix your system OR send you a new one of the SAME TYPE that you sent them. They don’t do upgrades, even if you offer to pay for it.
The Kinect update from Xbox Live on November 1, 2010 caused a large number of Xbox 360 to stop reading discs. Microsoft still hasn’t addressed the issue.
